Become an FSE Business Hub Member and unlock exclusive access to discounted space rentals, professional workshops, business mixers, and member-only benefits. Membership is required to host events, network with fellow entrepreneurs, and participate in our training and development programs. At just $150 per year, you gain the tools, opportunities, and connections that help your business grow while being part of a purpose-driven community.

Membership & Mixers Rental Agreement

Membership Requirement
  • All renters must be active FSE Business Hub members.
  • Annual membership fee: $150 per year (non-refundable).
  • Membership grants access to discounted rates, workshops, mixers, and exclusive member-only benefits.
Rental Terms

Daytime Rental (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

  • Flat Rate: $500 minimum (4-hour block).
  • Additional Hours: $100 per hour beyond the 4-hour minimum.

Evening Rental (6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)

  • Flat Rate: $700 minimum (4-hour block).
  • Additional Hours: $100 per hour beyond the 4-hour minimum.
Deposit & Payment

50% deposit required to reserve your date (cash, Zelle, or credit card only).

Full payment due 7 days before event.

No checks accepted.

Cancellations:

  • 15% fee within 30 days of the event.
  • 25% fee within two weeks of the event.
  • If you cancel one week or less before your event, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, you will receive a credit equal to your full payment, which can be applied toward a rescheduled event within one year of the original date.
Equipment Rental

All equipment is rented separately from the Mixer Events AGREEMENT rental fee.

Each item (chairs, tables, sound, lights, TV, projector, etc.) has its own rental price.

Equipment is for in-house use only and may not be removed from the premises.

A holding fee (security deposit) is required and will be 100% refunded once equipment is inspected and confirmed to have no damage or missing items.

Facility Rules

No outside caterers or alcohol. All food and drinks must be provided by FSE partner chefs or licensed bartenders.

No smoking, standing, or loitering outside the building.

Renter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and returning the Mixer Events AGREEMENT to its original condition.
